Where do you serve? +

We're based in Cartersville, GA and offer both delivery and pickup locally. If you're outside the area but nearby, reach out — we'll do our best to make it work. Questions? Email us at amencoffeecompany@gmail.com.

Payment
How do I pay? +

We accept Cash and Venmo. Once we confirm your date and time, payment is due before delivery — unless you're paying cash, in which case it's collected at the door.

Hours & Availability
When will you respond to my order? +

We typically respond between 10 AM – 5 PM. If you send a request outside of those hours, we'll get back to you the next day.

How far in advance do I need to order? +

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice so we can make your order fresh. The sooner the better, especially for larger orders!

Do you take orders every day? +

We try to be available throughout the week. If there's ever a day we're unavailable, we'll let you know when we confirm your order.

What oat milk do you use? +

We use Oatly Barista Edition — it mixes beautifully with espresso and gives you that creamy, smooth texture without overpowering the flavor.

How should I store my lattes? +

Keep them refrigerated. They're made fresh to order and last around 4–5 days from your pickup or delivery date.

Can I cancel or change my order? +

Yes, just reach out as soon as possible. Since everything is made to order, changes or cancellations need to happen before we start making your batch. Email us at amencoffeecompany@gmail.com or text us.
